While the tactile input and hands-on skills required during an operation are difficult to teach remotely, other aspects of surgical training are suitable to be delivered in a contactless environment. Video offers a sound way to promote theatre exposure. We propose three live, real-time conditions that each address a particular Point Of View (POV):

b. Patient experience via live | real time 360 VR
c. Theatre culture experience via live | real time 360 VR
d. Surgical skill/technique experience via surgeon headcam or laparoscopic camera.
